Getting Started & Your First Class
You will learn basic stances and simple movements at your own comfortable pace following a light warm-up. There is no experience or sparring expected—our safe environment is simply designed to get you moving and having fun!
Yes — and you should! Your first 2 weeks of class are on us, no strings attached. Sign up online or give us a call to book your visit.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This gives us a chance to tour the facility, introduce you to the instructor, and ensure you are perfectly set up and comfortable before hitting the mat!
Athletic clothes and a water bottle. That’s it. We’ll handle everything else. If you decide to stick around, we’ll fill you in on uniforms and gear then.

General Final Strike FAQs
Final Strike Martial Arts teaches Taekwondo through the Shimsan Taekwondo system, along with practical self-defense, forms, sparring, board breaking, weapons training, competition training, and leadership development. Final Strike is an officially licensed school with the National Martial Arts Alliance, also known as NMAA. Through our association with NMAA, our students’ ranks are internationally certified through the organization.

Many families search for “kids karate” or “martial arts classes,” but Final Strike teaches Taekwondo-based martial arts through the Shimsan Taekwondo system. While we are not a traditional Japanese Karate school, families looking for karate-style discipline, confidence, self-defense, and structured martial arts training often find that Final Strike is exactly what they are looking for.
Final Strike Martial Arts is located in Murrieta, California. We serve families from Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, French Valley, Winchester, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, and the surrounding Southwest Riverside County area.
Final Strike has been serving families for 18 years and is led by Master Michael Robles, a lifelong martial artist who began Taekwondo in 1994, became a nationally certified instructor at 18, and purchased the academy at 22. Final Strike is also an officially licensed school with the National Martial Arts Alliance, giving students access to internationally certified rank, organizational standards, events, and a larger martial arts community. We combine strong martial arts training with character development, leadership, family culture, and real instructor mentorship.
No. Most students start with little or no martial arts experience. Our classes are structured so beginners can learn safely while more experienced students continue to grow and be challenged.

Our Family Martial Arts program is generally for students ages 7 and up. Younger students may be eligible for our Preschool Martial Arts program for ages 4–6.
